A few weeks ago (April 30th), I turned 27 years old. My wonderful co-workers surprised me with a home-made delicious vegetarian lunch! They made falafel (which I LOVE), tofu stir-fry, and a blueberry cheesecake to celebrate. A client of mine and a client of Judy's participated in all the fun as well, which made the birthday even more special.
