Thank everyone for a great year in 07. It has been interesting to say the least. The media continues to talk about how dismal the Real Estate market is. While it is true that the national market is down, as I have stated before Dfw is alive and well. People are being drawn to our area because jobs are being created. These people need houses and housing in Texas continues to be affordable compared to the rest of the country. I don't know how people in other parts of the nation can afford to buy a home.
08 will be my best year yet in Real Estate. I have you to thank. All of you who have used me and have referred your friends and family to me.
I pray that 08 is your best year yet.
